There is a divine urgency in the spirit realm — an undeniable stirring that we, the Church, cannot afford to ignore.
In this unusual hour, I believe the Holy Spirit is calling for labourers. Not spectators. Not the half-hearted. But labourers who will say yes to Jesus — and mean it.
We Are in the Valley of Decision
Scripture tells us, “Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision” (Joel 3:14).
Never before has the world been so ripe for harvest and so desperate for truth. Yet, with the harvest ready, Jesus reminds us that the labourers are few. The question is not whether God is ready to move.
The question is, will we respond?
Now is not the time to retreat or be silent. Now is the time to be bold, submitted, and Spirit-filled.
It is the hour for truth to shine in love and for the Church to rise as the restraining force on the earth.
Deception, Distraction & Offence: The Enemy’s Strategy
Jesus warned us to “take heed that no one deceives you.” Deception in this hour won’t look like darkness — it will look similar to the truth. It will be subtle, sophisticated, and seductive.
Another assignment in this season is offence. The Greek word scandalizo paints a picture of a trap — a baited hook or a bird in a cage. Offence isolates, paralyzes, and eventually disconnects you from your purpose.
Let me say it plainly: Offence is always birthed in the flesh. You cannot be Spirit-led and offence-fed at the same time. You must leave the past at the cross, refuse the bait, and move forward.
The Oil Must Be Bought in the Secret Place
Jesus said there would be five wise and five foolish virgins — and the difference was oil.
You cannot borrow someone else’s intimacy. The oil is bought in prayer. In the secret place. In the place where your heart says, “Here I am, Lord.”
Don’t be found empty. Don’t live off yesterday’s fire. Let your light burn bright — not for display, but for drawing others into His glory.
Build Yourself in This Hour
If we are to finish strong, we must build strong. The Lord laid three clear instructions on my heart:
1 Pray in the Spirit
“Build yourself up in your most holy faith by praying in the Holy Spirit” (Jude 1:20).
This is your spiritual charge. Your daily ignition.
2 Devour the Word
“Faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the Word of God” (Romans 10:17).
This Book is not optional. It’s your lifeline in a world gripped by lies.
3 Stay in the Body
“Do not forsake the gathering of the believers as you see the day approaching” (Hebrews 10:25).
Christianity is not a solo journey. Isolation is dangerous. Family is vital.
The Church Still Restrains Evil
Make no mistake: the Church is still the restraining force on this earth. Because we are here, the enemy’s plans are interrupted.
But we must not be found sleeping. We must not be lukewarm. Jesus said, “Because you are lukewarm, I will spit you out.”
The word “lukewarm” means ineffective — neither useful for healing nor refreshing. May we be set ablaze again.
Say Yes to the Harvest
I shared a dream the Lord gave me: I was standing in a river, overwhelmed by the masses of souls being swept away — too many for our hands to pull out alone. The harvest is great, and the hour is urgent.
Thousands upon thousands are one invitation, one prayer, one message away from salvation.
Don’t wait. Don’t postpone obedience. Don’t let fear silence your voice.
Make the call. Send the message. Extend the invitation. Let your yes be loud.
Final Thoughts
We are not waiting for the Spirit of the Lord to come. He is already here.
We are not trying to be chosen — we have already been called.
We are not trying to survive — we are more than overcomers.
It is time to be faithful.
It is time to bring the harvest home.
It is time to finish strong.
Say yes. And mean it.
