There is a resurrection power available to every believer. The same power that raised Jesus from the dead is alive and at work today, and it is able to bring life to situations that appear finished.

When the Shunammite woman faced the death of her promise, her confession was simple yet powerful: It is well. She refused to agree with what she saw and chose to stand on what God had spoken. Faith does not deny reality, but it refuses to give reality the final word.

Throughout Scripture, we see that what we place first matters to God. Abraham placed Isaac on the altar, and only then did God reveal Himself as Jehovah Jireh. Provision met obedience. While Abraham was climbing one side of the mountain, God was already moving provision on the other side. Heaven was not late, it was aligned.

Peter experienced the same principle when he stepped out of the boat. The boat was safe, but the miracle was on the water. When his focus shifted from Jesus to the wind, he began to sink. When Jesus is not first, fear takes over. When Jesus is first, faith carries you.

This year, God is calling us to place Him first again. In our lives, our decisions, our finances, and our faith. When the kingdom is first, everything else is added. The promise is not dead. God is alive, and because He lives, resurrection power is working on your behalf.
