As we celebrate Christmas, we are reminded of the most significant event in history: the birth of Jesus Christ. Many debate the exact day of His birth, but what matters is this undeniable truth—God sent His Son for you and me.
Bethlehem, an insignificant place, became the centre of history when the Bread of Life was born there. Mary’s “yes” to God gave way for Jesus to come into the world, carrying the salvation plan for humanity. Through Him, ordinary people became extraordinary, filled with purpose and power.
Christmas is not just a celebration of a historical event; it is a personal reminder of God’s love for us. Each drop of blood He shed was His love letter to humanity, declaring, “You are worth it.”
As we exchange gifts this season, let us not forget the greatest gift of all—Jesus. And as we give to others, may we also give ourselves back to God. Let your “yes” to Him create a passageway for others to encounter His love.
This Christmas, celebrate not only His birth but the new life and eternal hope He brought to us. Let His peace fill your heart and home.
Merry Christmas,
Prophet Gebhardt
